AVA Community Energy – Bike Electric
Ava Community Energy offers instant rebates of $400–$1,500 to eligible residents of Alameda and San Joaquin counties for the purchase of a new e-bike from a participating local bike shop. Income-qualified customers enrolled in CARE, FERA, or EAP receive higher rebate amounts plus an additional $250 for safety equipment. Rebates are distributed monthly through a random selection drawing through September 2026.

Bay Area Air District – Clean Cars for All
The Clean Cars for All program offers qualifying Bay Area residents the option to retire their older vehicle in exchange for $7,500 in grant funding, which can be used toward the purchase of an electric bicycle, bike accessories, and public transit. Applicants must meet income requirements (at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level) and own a 2007 or older vehicle registered in California.
Pasadena Water & Power E-Bike Rebate
PWP residential electric customers are eligible for a $500 rebate when they purchase a new qualifying electric bicycle from a bike shop located in the City of Pasadena. Customers enrolled in PWP's income-qualified bill assistance program can receive an additional $500, for a total rebate of up to $1,000.

Colorado E-Bike Tax Credit
Coloradans can get $225 off a qualified e-bike purchase at a participating retailer (limited to one discount per calendar year). The discount is applied instantly at the point of sale — no application required, just proof of a Colorado address.
Denver E-Bike Rebate Program
Denver offers vouchers of up to $675 toward the purchase of a new e-bike for income-qualified residents, which can be combined with the Colorado state tax credit for up to $900 in total savings.
