Flyer™ Series e-Bikes can be returned for free within thirty (30) days of delivery. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must:

have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer;
be free of any signs of use, including but not limited to wear and tear, dirt, dust, and fragrance;
must be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, keys, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

What are the key differences between the new Flyer Loop and the Flyer Via Pro Electric Bike?

The Flyer Loop features a more compact frame that’s about four inches shorter than the Flyer Via Pro, making it easier to maneuver while still comfortably carrying kids and cargo. It introduces a one-size-fits-most design, a folding stem for easier storage, upgraded Magura 4-piston brakes, higher payload and rear rack capacity, cargo-specific tires with reflective sidewalls, integrated front turn signals, an included storage bag, and a full-color LCD display with app connectivity.

What key changes or upgrades were made to the Flyer Loop design and why?

The Flyer Loop is designed to be more approachable and easier to handle, with a shorter frame that still fits two kids and a fully custom design that integrates components more cleanly while remaining service friendly. Payload capacity and braking performance were increased, front turn signals were added, and practical updates like a folding stem and included storage bag make the bike easier to store, transport, and use day to day.

What is the warranty on the bike?

Our award-winning support team comes with over 100 years of experience in keeping families rolling. Our eBikes have a built-in policy which warrants the following to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period:

Lifetime warranty: frame and fork
Two year warranty: lithium-ion battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware.

What are the legal regulations for using an electric bike?

eBikes are intended for people 16 years of age and older. Across most of the United States, eBikes are subject to the same rules and regulations as traditional bicycles. You should research the rules and regulations for riding an electric bike in your specific area to learn more. We recommend confirming the rules around the following: peak power limit, top speed, and throttle usage.

What does payload capacity mean for an eBike, and how is that different than max rider weight?

Max rider weight is the maximum allowable weight for the bike rider. This spec is determined through safety testing of critical components like the frame, seat post, saddle, and seat post clamp. Payload capacity is the total amount of weight the eBike can carry. This includes the rider’s weight, accessories, cargo, and additional child passengers. For the Flyer Loop, max payload capacity is 440 lbs.
