- Returned items must be in a new condition, unassembled and in their original packaging.
- Purchases must be returned within 45 days and you must present a receipt to process a return.

Build-A-Wagon, Build-A-Trike, Build-A-Go-Kart and Personalized items
- Personalized products, wagons and go-karts with personalized names may not be returned or exchanged except when due to a product defect.
- Personalized products and nameplates are final sale and non-refundable. Note that misspellings or typing errors during the ordering process are not exceptions.
- Accessories purchased as part of your customized order (canopies, storage, seat pads, gift wagon small items) in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery and you must present a receipt to process a return.

Gift Wagons

- A $5 restocking fee will be applied towards each Gift Wagon return. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are non-refundable.

- Returned products must be in a new condition, unassembled and in their original packaging.

- eScooters can be returned to store within 30 days of receiving the product and you must present a receipt to process a return.
- To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in new condition, unassembled and in their original packaging.
- Must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all packaging, the charger, hardware, instruction manual, etc.
- Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax. Any shipping charges or large package surcharges are non-refundable.
Flyer™ eBikes
- Flyer™ eBikes can be returned to store within 30 days of receiving the product and you must present a receipt to process a return.
- To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Have less than 10 miles on the odometer.
- Be free of any signs of use, including but not limited to wear and tear, dirt, dust, and fragrance.
- Must include all items that were included with the original product, including but not limited to the charger, keys, hardware, instruction manual, etc.
- Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return.
- Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax. Any shipping charges or large package surcharges are non-refundable.

Flyer™ eBike Accessories
- Flyer™ eBike accessories can be returned to the store within 45 days and you must present a receipt to process a return..
- To qualify for a return, accessories must be in new condition, unassembled and in their original packaging. Your return must include all items, including but not limited to all the packaging, hardware, instruction manual, etc.

Assembly Services
- Note that any assembly charges are non-refundable. Should you select an assembly service, items must be returned assembled and unused, within the standard return window. Note that you must present a receipt to process a return.
Price Adjustments and Price Matching
- We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or price matching on discounts through other retailers. All store promotions are in limited quantities and while supplies last.
