    Discontinued Products

    I have an old product, how do I get more information on it?

    We’d love to share any information we have available to us! Please email a picture or two to customerservice@radioflyer.com.

    Do you still have replacement parts for my discontinued product?

    If you don’t see your model listed online, we may still have parts available for purchase. To see if we still have a particular part, please contact customer service at (800)621-7613 or email us at customerservice@radioflyer.com.

    Do you have old decals available?

    We no longer have any of the old decals available. If you have a steel wagon, we offer a decal for purchase. For more details, click here.

    Do you have touch up paint/What paint should I use to refurbish my product?

    Radio Flyer does not have paint available, as it is propriety. Paint that is similar, but not exact, in color may be purchased from a store using the PMS (Pantone Matching System) numbers below: Red: PMS 187 Dark Pink: PMS 1925C Light Pink: PMS 1905

    How much is my product worth?

    Radio Flyer does not maintain information regarding the value of discontinued or older model products. We recommend contacting a local antique or toy dealer for a proper estimate.

    Do you have the instruction sheets for my product?

    To find instruction sheets for your product, please click here. If you cannot locate your model online, please email customerservice@radioflyer.com with your model number or an image of your product. Our representatives will search through our archives to locate your particular product’s instruction sheet.

    Do you still make the metal hubcaps?

    The large metal hubcaps were replaced by the red plastic hubcaps in 1967. We no longer have any of the metal hubcaps available.

    I have a Model 99, what wheels should I purchase?

    We no longer manufacture wheels that measure 9 inches in diameter. We recommend purchasing our 8.5 inch wheels in a quantity of 2 or 4 to prevent an unstable wagon. Please note that this wheel has a steel inner hub and hard rubber tread. This wheel can be found here.

    I have a Model 98, what wheels should I purchase?

    We no longer manufacture wheels that measure 6.5 inches in diameter. We recommend purchasing our 7 inch wheels in a quantity of 2 or 4 to prevent an unstable wagon. This wheel can be found here.

    Why did you discontinue this model?

    Radio Flyer must continually develop new products to meet retail and consumer demand. This leads to the discontinuation of older products to make room for new items.

    Product Care

    Can I clean my Product?

    Cleaning depends on the type of product you own. The following are some cleaning suggestions. Please note, Radio Flyer does not recommend one cleaning product over another.

    Steel & Wood Products:Clean with hot water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. To protect the steel portion, we recommend that you apply a liquid car wax and buff it out once it is dried.

    Plastic Products:Clean with hot water and a mild detergent using a soft bristled brush, rinse with clean water, and dry any metal parts thoroughly.

    Wood Products: Clean with hot water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth, wipe down with clean water and dry thoroughly.

    Will the weather affect my product/How should I store my product/Can I leave my product outside?

    We do not recommend storing your products outside as the weather can affect the durability of any product. We recommend the following:

    Steel & Wood Products: Store in a protected area away from humidity, rain and snow. If the product gets wet, make sure to dry thoroughly. For winter storage, coat the metal parts with a liquid car wax to prevent moisture from damaging the parts.

    Plastic Products:Store away from long-term and / or direct sunlight as this may cause some color fading. The product should also be stored in an area that is cooler, as long term heat exposure can warp, de-form, and degrade the molded plastic

    How do I wash my seat pads?

    To clean the seat pads, without damaging them, we recommend wiping them down with a towel.

    What if my product gets wet?

    We recommend drying off your product immediately to avoid rust on metal components and hardware.

    How do I wash the Soft, Rock and Bounce Pony fabric cover?

    To clean the soft, rock and bounce pony fabric covers, we recommend placing them in a pillow case prior to putting them in the washer. Machine wash cold and line dry to avoid fraying.

    Replacement Parts

    What is your return policy on replacement parts?

    All of our Radio Flyer replacement parts orders placed on our website or through a representative are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges on our replacement parts.

    How do I purchase replacement parts?

    Some of our most popular replacement parts for our most recent product line are available on our website here. Please choose the category from the drop down list and to see what products are available. You can also call Customer Service directly at (800)621-7613 for a complete list of replacement parts. Orders can be placed on our website or over the phone.

    Do you ship replacement parts internationally?

    Radio Flyer ships our replacement parts internationally. Please call Customer Service at (800)621-7613 to receive a shipping quote and to place your order.

    I don’t see my product listed on your website; will the parts shown here work for my product?

    Many of Radio Flyer’s replacement parts are specific to their model number. If you have a question as to whether or not a replacement part will fit your product specifically, please call Customer Service at (800)621-7613 or email at customerservice@radioflyer.com

    What is your warranty policy?

    My Radio Flyer product is missing parts, what should I do?

    We apologize that you received your Radio Flyer product with a missing part(s). To place a replacement order under warranty, please fill out our Warranty Replacement Form, or contact customer service at (800)621-7613 or customerservice@radioflyer.com.     How do I remove a hubcap?

    Can I buy the Build a Product accessories?

    The Build a Product accessories are exclusive for that product option. Due to the licensing and packaging of the accessories, we are unable to sell them individually. As more accessories are introduced to our product line, they can be found here for purchase.

    How can I get measurements on a product?

    We’d be happy to provide you with measurements on our products! Please contact us at (800)621-7613 or customerservice@radioflyer.com with the product you would like measurements on.

    What is your warranty policy?

    Do your products contain BPA?

    We do not use BPA in any of our products.

    Do your products contain Latex?

    We do not use Latex in any of our products.

    Do your products meet safety standards?

    All of our products meet the industry standards and regulatory standards. Our products are also tested against our own internal Radio Flyer standard that goes above and beyond those set forth by the industry to ensure that we create safe products.

    Can I attach a push handle?

    The push handles we have available are not universal and cannot attach to any trike. Your trike must have been initially manufactured with the predrilled slot on the frame in order to have a push handle attached securely.

    Can I change the wheels on my product for the air/classic wheels?

    The wheels on our products are not interchangeable as each of our products have unique measurements based off of their original design.

    Why does my product look different than the picture?

    Radio Flyer constantly reviews its product and components for quality. Sometimes this requires us to make minor changes to a product in mid-production, and time restrictions do not allow for the appropriate changes on the carton artwork.

    Are the hubcaps reusable?

    Radio Flyer hubcaps are designed to remain secure once they are applied. Therefore, removing the hubcap would destroy its function. If you need replacements, please visit our Replacement Parts section, or call us at (800)621-7613.

    How can I get instruction sheets for my product?

    Instruction sheets can be found here . If you cannot locate instruction sheets for your particular product, please email Customer Service customerservice@radioflyer.com with your model number and/or a picture of your product.

    Do you have a catalog?

    Radio Flyer no longer prints physical catalogs to be more eco-friendly. Our current product line can be found on our website by clicking here.

    Do you have a parts catalog?

    Radio Flyer's product line is extensive, and at this time a parts catalog is not available. Please click here to view a portion of the replacement parts we have available for purchase.

    Odor from the wheels

    We recommend that you wash the wheels in hot soapy water and that you temporarily leave the toy outdoors. The rubber smell will dissipate with usage and time. It is important to note that the odor from the rubber wheels is not harmful and that Radio Flyer uses natural rubber to manufacture its tires.

    Are your products recyclable?

    Once disassembled, Radio Flyer products are recyclable. Please consult your local recycling center for specific instructions.

    How can I get a free second year warranty?

    To register your product for a free second year warranty, please visit our Product Registration section on our website. You will need your Model number and Manufacture Date (MD) number to register. If you have any complications, please contact customer service at (800)621-7613 or customerservice@radioflyer.com and we can register it for you over the phone.

    I have an idea for a new product. How can I submit it?

    We accept submissions from professional inventors only. Please use our inventor submission form if you would like to submit an idea.

    Online Shopping

    There are multiple charges on my card. Does that mean I have multiple orders placed?

    As long as you received one confirmation email with one Order Number listed, then only one order went through successfully. These charges on your card are pending authorizations tied to an unsuccessful attempt to make a purchase. For any order that failed, these authorizations will fall off of your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.

    Do you ship products internationally?

    Radio Flyer does not currently ship products internationally. Please click here for a list of our international distributers.

    Can I bill to an international address and ship within the US?

    As long as your shipping address is within the United States, an order can be placed with an international billing address. To place a successful order, please contact Customer Service at 773-637-7100.

    What is your return policy on products?

    Return Policy for Products Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. All returns require an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization number, which can be obtained by calling Customer Service at (800)621-7613. This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package upon return. Refunds are issued for the purchase of the item(s) returned in the form of a credit to be used on www.radioflyer.com or to the original method of payment. Shipping charges for the delivery are not refundable. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Radio Flyer will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process the return until the product is received. Radio Flyer Return Policy for Build a Wagon and Build a Trike Personalized wagons may not be returned or exchanged except when due to a product defect. Wagon accessories purchased as part of your customized wagon order including canopies, storage kits, umbrellas and seat pad kits in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date. Your Build a Trike can be returned when in new and unused condition within 30 days of your purchase date. All nameplates are final sale.

    Is your website secure?

    Radio Flyer’s website has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) at the checkout page and login page to protect any personal information you provide. If you prefer, we would be happy to complete an order over the phone. Please contact us at (800)621-7613.

    My billing address doesn’t match my credit card, how do I place an order?

    Please ensure that the billing address listed is linked with the particular card you are using to avoid multiple authorizations. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613. If you see multiple authorizations on your account, they will fall off within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Radioflyer.com is set up to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal*. Over the phone orders can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. *Paypal cannot be used towards the purchase of replacement parts.

    Why do you require my birthdate to sign up?

    The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we ask for your birth date. We do not save this information. Please enter the date carefully. If you make a mistake, we may be unable to process your request.

    Do I need to register to make a purchase?

    Registering makes purchasing a new product/part much easier and faster, but it is not mandatory to complete a purchase.

    How can I update my personal information on my account?

    You can log into your account right here to make any necessary changes.

    What is the cost for shipping?

    All orders placed on radioflyer.com will be subject to a shipping charge. To calculate your shipping, click on the ‘Buy Now’ button to add the product to your shopping cart. In this screen, you can add your state and zip code in order to estimate a quote. At this time, we do not ship products outside of the US. We do ship products to military address. Please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613 to place an order.

    How do I retrieve my password?

    You can have a new password emailed to you by entering your email address here. Please note that a new password will only be emailed to those with successful accounts with Radio Flyer.

    Where can I get a copy of my invoice?

    Please email customerservice@radioflyer.com with your request and provide your order number and the first and last name placed on the order. You will receive your invoice within 1 business day.

    Do you offer any additional shipping options?

    RadioFlyer.com offers UPS Ground and UPS 3rd Day as the shipping option for most toys and replacement parts. If you require more expedited service, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613 to place an order.

    Am I required to pay tax?

    Radio Flyer does charge tax on orders depending on the state your billing address is located in. The following states currently are charged tax: Arkansas, California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. This is subject to change. Radio Flyer is required by law to issue sales tax to residents in states where we have physical business locations.

    Can I place an order over the phone?

    We’d be happy to assist you by placing an order over the phone. We accept all major credit cards for pone orders. Purchase orders, money orders, cash on delivery, or personal checks cannot be accepted at this time. Our Customer Service Department can assist you by contacting us at (800)621-7613.

    Can I email in my order?

    We do not recommend emailing in your credit card information. It is best to complete an order through our website or over the phone with a Customer Service Representative.

    Can I purchase a gift card?

    To purchase a gift card, please email customerservice@radioflyer.com with the amount you would like on the card, the message written in it, and a contact phone number. A Representative will reach out to you within 2 business days to complete the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, a ready to print PDF copy will be emailed to you.

    Does Radio Flyer ship to an APO/FPO address?

    My Birthday Club code isn’t working, what should I do?

    Please ensure that you are placing the Birthday Club code in the Gift Card Section of our checkout. This code will not be valid in the Promotion Code Section. If you are still having trouble with your code, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613.

    When will my Birthday Club code expire?

    Each Birthday Club code will expire within 3 months of when it was initially emailed.

    Do you offer gift wrapping?

    At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping options for our products.

    What is the birthday club?

    The Birthday Club allows you to enter up to 4 children or grandchildren (per email address) for the opportunity to receive $10.00 off of a toy. This $10 off code will be emailed to your email address 3 weeks prior to each child or grandchild’s birthday. If you register closer to the birthday and do not receive your code within 24 hours, please email customerservice@radioflyer.com or contact us at (800)621-7613.

    Order Status

    How can I check the status of my order?

    If you have an account, you can track your order by logging in and going to your “Orders” page. If you do not have an account, you can call our Customer Service at (800)621-7613 or email us at customerservice@radioflyer.com. Please provide the order number or name that the order was placed under and we will be able to give you the status of your order. You will receive an email confirmation, with your tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Radio Flyer’s Customer Service Department at (800)621-7613 within 1 hour of placing your order. Cancelations can only be made during Customer Service’s business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00am CST to 5:00pm CST.

    How do I make changes to my order?

    Radio Flyer allows edits on an existing order within 1 hour of placing your order. Please call Customer Service directly at (800)621-7613. Please have the credit card that you used for the initial order on hand.

    Why do I have multiple charges for an order that went through once?

    The multiple charges that you are seeing are pending authorizations. These authorizations are attempts and not official captures, and will drop from your statement within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. These charges may have appeared due to multiple order attempts or a difference between the billing and shipping address. However, unless you have received multiple order numbers, only one order has been received in our system. If you would like to verify your order, please call Customer Service at (800)621-7613.

    How do I know you’ve received my order?

    When an order has gone through successfully, Radio Flyer will send an order confirmation and order number to the email address that was provided during the order. If you do not receive an email, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613.

    Do you offer wholesale/discount pricing for large orders?

    At this time, Radio Flyer only offers wholesale/discount pricing to our retail partners. If you are interested in becoming a retail partner, please contact Account Services at (800)621-7613 to speak with a representative Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Central Standard Time.     How do I make a donation request?

    Radio Flyer will consider product donations based on the reason for the donation and availability. All requests for donations must be made in writing, either addressed to: Donations, Radio Flyer Inc. 6515 W Grand Ave Chicago, IL 60707, or sent via email to customerservice@radioflyer.com. No phone calls will be accepted. All responses from Radio Flyer to donation request parties will be made in writing as well.

    I am tax exempt, how can I place an order?

    To place a tax exempt order, we will need to view a copy of your tax exempt form. This form can either be emailed to customerservice@radioflyer.com or faxed to (773)637-8874. Please include a contact phone number and a representative will contact you within 1 business day to complete your order.
