You will receive a return envelope for your motor controller, along with instructions to remove the part, at the address provided. This will arrive within approximately 14 days. Note that the Cyberquad for Kids must be retained until you receive the reimbursement check.

Once your motor controller has been shipped back and received at Radio Flyer, a reimbursement check will be issued within 30 days. The check will then be mailed to the address provided – please allow up to 10 days in-transit for the check to reach you.
