The Fourth of July is right around the corner! Are you attending any parades for the holiday? Show up in style with a fully decked out wagon!

Not sure where to start? We’ve created a list of fun DIY décor ideas for Fourth of July that are sure to get the festivities rolling.

  1. Turn your wagon into a float by adding crepe paper, miniature flags and banners.
  1. Hit the party store and load up on star-spangled décor.
  1. Get patriotic using glimmering streamers, bunting and red, white and blue paper stars.
  1. Use balloons, balloons and more and more balloons. In case we weren’t clear, you can never have enough balloons!
  1. Have children make super-cute noisemakers by decorating cans with colored tape. Then, tie them to the back of a wagon.
  1. Parades call for long celebrations outside. Turn your wagon into the perfect treat destination for the hot summer days by mocking a hot dog cart, ice cream truck or lemonade stand.
  1. Deck out your wagon with nostalgic, paper chain-style décor made from construction paper.
  1. Blow up some red, white and blue “twist balloons” and tie them together to resemble fireworks. You can also tie them to pool noodles for a portable fireworks display!
