Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke within 1/2 a year My son loved this toy and would only go towards it. But tonight while he was playing with it the handle randomly snapped (we've kept it out of sun as much as possible, he was not being rough on it at all) causing him to fly over the front of it and almost bust his teeth into concrete. I'm hoping this is not a defect and others experience the same problem. It really is a cute toy but breaking unexpectedly is not acceptable.***************Radio Flyer Customer Service***************Hello, and thank you for your review. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought the inchworm for my 1 year old grandson who loves scoot toys but cannot budge this one. It is very stiff and hard for me or my husband to get it to move. We thought it looked so cute but it does move easily at all. Even the 4 year old isn't drawn to it as he is to everything else the 1 year old has.***************Radio Flyer Customer Service***************Hi Rosie! We are sorry for any difficulty you are having with your Inchworm, but can certainly look into this further for you. Please give us a call at 800-621-7613 and we can discuss solutions. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very stiff. Hard to move⁄roll. Bought this for a 2 year old. The wheels do not roll backwards. As cute as the toy is, it's just not worth it in my opinion. Kids get upset bc the toy does not easily roll⁄ move. Waste of money bc the toy does not get played with. We ended up taking it back to the store and exchanged it for something else. Very disappointed in this one. Please note this reviewer received points for writing this review through Little Red Club.***************Radio Flyer Customer Service***************Thank you for your review, Layna. We apologize for the negative experience you had with this product, but appreciate your feedback. Please note, the Inchworm is not designed to roll forwards and backwards. Like a worm would, it inches forwards in small increments when the child bounces up and down. If you have any questions regarding the functionality of this or any of our products, our Customer Service Team would be happy to assist you. We can be reached at 800-621-7613, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm CST. Thank you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Maybe it's just too early We got this when my son was 1 because he loved his first ride-on toy but he's so tall that he doesn't fit on any of the ones that target his age group. I'd been wanting one for a long time, I's the cutest thing in the world, right? I love the concept. But oh my goodness, I regret even buying it. We live in an apartment with little storage space so this thing just sits in our living room, which wouldn't bother me, except that my son always wants to get on it and play. I know, why is that a problem, that's what it's for. Well, he can reach the floor and tries to bounce (we've been showing him for months, hoping it would magically start going one day) but absolutely can't get it going. So either I have to bounce⁄push the thing or just let him sit there frustrated and crying. Even I have a hard time getting it to go, it takes every bit of strength and weight that I have just to get my son from one side of the room to the other and then I'm so exhausted that his 3-second ride just wasn't worth it.Being the size of a 2 year old at 16 months I really hoped he'd have it going by now but I'm about ready to just resell it.***************Radio Flyer Customer Service***************Hi Veronica, Thank you for your review! We apologize for any frustration regarding your son's Inchworm, and would love to assist you further.
