Return Policy

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Finished Goods (excludes Build-A, Replacement Parts and Tesla Model S for Kids)

Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable. Please also note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, you may receive a credit to Radioflyer.com in place of a refund.

All returns require a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization number, which may be obtained by contacting Radio Flyer Customer Service at 1-800-621-7613.

Please be sure to use a secure shipping method to send the item, so that it may be tracked. Radio Flyer will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Build-A-Wagon, Build-A-Trike, Build-A-Horse, Build-A-Scooter, Build-A-Balance Bike and Build-A-Gift Wagon

Wagons and scooters with personalized names may not be returned or exchanged except when due to a product defect. This does not include misspellings or typing errors that occurred during the order process. Personalized name plates are final sale. Accessories purchased as part of your customized order (such as canopies, storage and seat pads) in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns cannot be refunded.

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Parts

Any replacement parts ordered online or over the phone with a representative are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on replacement parts.

Radio Flyer Return Policy for Tesla Model S for Kids

Returned product must be in new condition with their original packaging and may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. License plates and parking signs are final sale. This does not include misspellings or typing errors that occurred during the order process. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns cannot be refunded. Returns and refusal of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Defective Product

We want you to be pleased with your Radio Flyer purchase. If you receive a product that is not functioning properly, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-621-7613. Customer Service hours are 8:00am CST - 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation/Changes to your Radioflyer.com Order

If you'd like to make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour from the time you submit your order by contacting Radio Flyer Customer Service at 1-800-621-7613.

PLEASE NOTE - Order changes can only be made during Customer Service business hours. Customer Service hours are 8:00am CST - 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday. These changes include cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items to your order.

Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item returned. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer is responsible for any returned shipping charges.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) that can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1.800.621.7613. Customer Service hours are 8:00am CST - 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Please add the RMA# to the outside of the box you are returning. Failure to provide RMA number with return items may subject to no-refund for your returns.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment you will be credited the purchase price less all the shipping charges.

Please note: All replacement parts purchased cannot be returned. The sales on these items are final.
