Return Policy
All replacement parts purchased cannot be returned. The sales on these items are final.
You may return finished products purchased from RadioFlyer.com within 30 days from the purchase date.
Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item returned. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer is responsible for any returned shipping charges.
No returns will be accepted without a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number” (RMA#) that can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1.800.621.7613. Customer Service hours are 8:00am CST - 5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Please add the RMA# to the outside of the box you are returning. Failure to provide RMA number with return items may subject to no-refund for your returns.
If you refuse delivery of a shipment you will be credited the purchase price less all the shipping charges.
