Radio Flyer Inc., in cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is voluntarily recalling for repair the Classic Walker Wagon, Model 12 clickers from consumers who purchased the Classic Walker Wagon between August 2003 through May 2005.
