There are multiple charges on my card. Does that mean I have multiple orders placed?

As long as you received one confirmation email with one Order Number listed, then only one order went through successfully. These charges on your card are pending authorizations tied to an unsuccessful attempt to make a purchase. For any order that failed, these authorizations will fall off of your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Do you ship products internationally?

Radio Flyer does not currently ship products internationally. Please click here for a list of our international distributers.

Can I bill to an international address and ship within the US?

As long as your shipping address is within the United States, an order can be placed with an international billing address. To place a successful order, please contact Customer Service at 773-637-7100.

What is your return policy on products?

Return Policy for Products Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. All returns require an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization number, which can be obtained by calling Customer Service at (800)621-7613. This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package upon return. Refunds are issued for the purchase of the item(s) returned in the form of a credit to be used on www.radioflyer.com or to the original method of payment. Shipping charges for the delivery are not refundable. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Radio Flyer will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process the return until the product is received. Radio Flyer Return Policy for Build a Wagon and Build a Trike Personalized wagons may not be returned or exchanged except when due to a product defect. Wagon accessories purchased as part of your customized wagon order including canopies, storage kits, umbrellas and seat pad kits in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date. Your Build a Trike can be returned when in new and unused condition within 30 days of your purchase date. All nameplates are final sale.

Is your website secure?

Radio Flyer’s website has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) at the checkout page and login page to protect any personal information you provide. If you prefer, we would be happy to complete an order over the phone. Please contact us at (800)621-7613.

My billing address doesn’t match my credit card, how do I place an order?

Please ensure that the billing address listed is linked with the particular card you are using to avoid multiple authorizations. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613. If you see multiple authorizations on your account, they will fall off within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Radioflyer.com is set up to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal*. Over the phone orders can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. *Paypal cannot be used towards the purchase of replacement parts.

Why do you require my birthdate to sign up?

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we ask for your birth date. We do not save this information. Please enter the date carefully. If you make a mistake, we may be unable to process your request.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

Registering makes purchasing a new product/part much easier and faster, but it is not mandatory to complete a purchase.

How can I update my personal information on my account?

You can log into your account right here to make any necessary changes.

What is the cost for shipping?

All orders placed on radioflyer.com will be subject to a shipping charge. To calculate your shipping, click on the ‘Buy Now’ button to add the product to your shopping cart. In this screen, you can add your state and zip code in order to estimate a quote. At this time, we do not ship products outside of the US. We do ship products to military address. Please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613 to place an order.

How do I retrieve my password?

You can have a new password emailed to you by entering your email address here. Please note that a new password will only be emailed to those with successful accounts with Radio Flyer.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice?

Please email customerservice@radioflyer.com with your request and provide your order number and the first and last name placed on the order. You will receive your invoice within 1 business day.

Do you offer any additional shipping options?

RadioFlyer.com offers UPS Ground and UPS 3rd Day as the shipping option for most toys and replacement parts. If you require more expedited service, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613 to place an order.

Am I required to pay tax?

Radio Flyer does charge tax on orders depending on the state your billing address is located in. The following states currently are charged tax: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. This is subject to change. Radio Flyer is required by law to issue sales tax to residents in states where we have physical business locations.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We’d be happy to assist you by placing an order over the phone. We accept all major credit cards for phone orders. Purchase orders, money orders, cash on delivery, or personal checks cannot be accepted at this time. Our Customer Service Department can assist you by contacting us at (800)621-7613.

Can I email in my order?

We do not recommend emailing in your credit card information. It is best to complete an order through our website or over the phone with a Customer Service Representative.

Can I purchase a gift card?

To purchase a gift card, please email customerservice@radioflyer.com with the amount you would like on the card, the message written in it, and a contact phone number. A Representative will reach out to you within 2 business days to complete the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, a ready to print PDF copy will be emailed to you.

Does Radio Flyer ship to an APO/FPO address?

Radio Flyer does ship to APO/FPO addresses! To complete an order, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613.

I live in Hawaii/Alaska, do you have other shipping options?

My Birthday Club code isn’t working, what should I do?

Please ensure that you are placing the Birthday Club code in the Gift Card Section of our checkout. This code will not be valid in the Promotion Code Section. If you are still having trouble with your code, please contact Customer Service at (800)621-7613.

When will my Birthday Club code expire?

Each Birthday Club code will expire within 3 months of when it was initially emailed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping options for our products.

What is the birthday club?

The Birthday Club allows you to enter up to 4 children or grandchildren (per email address) for the opportunity to receive $10.00 off of a toy. This $10 off code will be emailed to your email address 3 weeks prior to each child or grandchild’s birthday. If you register closer to the birthday and do not receive your code within 24 hours, please email customerservice@radioflyer.com or contact us at (800)621-7613.

What are the preferred browsers for RadioFlyer.com?

Our website will work best if used on Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer version 9 and above.

How do I place an order for several products at once?

To make an order for several products, please email customerservice@radioflyer.com with the details of your order for carrier options and pricing on shipping.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

All of our orders do come with the option to add a gift message. If you complete an over the phone order, please let the representative you speak with know that you would like to add a message.
