I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas (she is 1 year old) and she absolutely loves it! Unlike a traditional stroller, she is able to look around more easily and loves hanging onto the handlebar. She is too small for the pedals, however, I hope they can be adjusted because they seem out of reach for her. I would definitely recommend this product especially for children living in the city.

Nice product, seems well made overall (one of the only trike brands that makes a trike with a metal frame/parts like a real bike instead of plastic frame like many other brands). Was easy to put together. Wish the foot rests were adjustable. My 16 month old can't reach the pedals (even with pedal blocks) and the footrests are in an awkward spot for her to use. Trike lost a nut that holds the foot rests on, hoping RadioFlyer will provide another one (this was part of the trike that came put together already, I didn't have to assemble this part).

Really love the trike. Wish it was a little easier to assemble.

Very excited about this purchase. Intended on getting the classic 4-in-1 trike, but this one was on sale for the same price and the EZ fold feature was very appealing. Set up seemed daunting at first, but it really wasn't that bad. Only complaint is that the clamp that holds the handlebar is too large for the plastic cap. There's a large unattractive gap. It does not "snap" on as the instructions suggest. I've read similar complaints on Amazon. However, I haven't experienced any of the wheel clicking many others mentioned. Overall this was a great purchase and seems to be a very well made product that will last! (Posted on 4/16/2016)
I saw this trike at a family function that was purchased for my nephew. After pushing him around in it I fell in love with it for my 1 year old and went out the next day to pick him up one. Assembly was a breeze and took him to the zoo the very next day. It was easy to push and he seemed to love it! and the best part was there was no cumbersome stroller to try and fit through narrow gift shops.
The reason for 4 stars:
My one year old loved to try and stick his foot under the fender of the front wheel since his feet don't touch the foot pegs yet, effectively wearing down his little shoes and would probably hurt him if he was in socks. If the fender was slightly bigger in the rear of the tire this would be a non issue.
And... my 1 year old grew tired for sitting in the seat, so I put my two year old daughter in it. She had a blast walking around the zoo, however she could reach the handlebars so as I was steering it from the back, she was fighting me constantly from the front. Perhaps removable handlebars or a handlebar disconnect would defeat the most persistent of toddlers.
Other than these two minor things I absolutely love the product!

I purchased this trike for my 20 month old son. Unfortunately, I think he's at an in between stage for this product so it's not something that will work for him right now. If he was smaller it would be great as his feet wouldn't get hit by the pedals. Once he's longer it should work well as he will be able to reach the pedals. He also tends to slide down towards the end of the seat even though the straps are tight against his body. I wanted to love this trike but just can't right now. Hopefully in a few months he will be able to use it.

I was so excited about being able to get the trike for my son (2 years old) but the assembly took a bit to get done. The clamp to hold the handle bars in place was not workng correctly so I had to order the replacement part. Hopefully it will work. I would be very helpful if the site had assembly videos to make sure that you are doing it correctly. I searched high and low and found videos on youtube but it would have been great to find on site under troubleshooting.

My son is 14 months old and absolutely LOVES his new Radio Flyer plus it's easy to travel with which makes it even better for me. Just yesterday we packed it in the car and took it to the grandparents house and we went for a walk with it and he LOVED it. He takes his little snacks and water and we "hit the road".. It's a lot of fun and I would recommend this to any parents looking for something fun for their little ones.
I am looking forward to it growing with him too. So many fun stages to come!

Excellent and well build trike. My 2 1/2 year old boy likes it. (Posted on 2/2/2016)
I purchased this for my daughter who can grow with the bike and overall, I am satisfied. The assembly was challenging and had some hiccups around the handlebars and making sure everything was tight enough and in place. Once assembled it is cute and my daughter likes it although she is literally learning how to "not ride a bike" by figuring out how the foot pedestals work. She is just 18 months so her feet are long enough for the foot pedestal but too short to pedal the wheels. The clacking sound that someone observed in a prior review is from the child holding their feet on the turn pedals not allowing them to rotate therefore causing the wheel to make a clacking noise. I like the old school quality of Radio Flyer with the metal and wood products and this feels a bit plastic-y but it will suffice and we are pleased. (Posted on 9/20/2015)
This is such a great product. My grandson hated being in a stroller because of the sides keeping him from seeing all around him. The bike stroller gave him a view all around and he loves his bike stroller. I like how easy it is to turn in tight spots. I have two problems with it the bike needs a large basket or bucket on the back to hold several items and when taking the grandson out of the bike the back part falls to the ground. It seems that it doesn't hold together when lifting the child out. I still love it (Posted on 4/20/2015)
Highly recommend this product. Assembly does require patience and following if instructions. Far better than other toys I gad to assemble as the directions were clear and all the parts properly labelled.
Very good trike for young children below 3 years old. Not the best bike for older kids as it has plastic tires etc. (Posted on 12/27/2014)
Love Radio Flyer brand. Own Radio Flyer products and our kids love them as well. HATE the clicking sound on our newest tricycle! Christmas morning will now be filled with the clicker clacker of our newest tricycle. (Posted on 12/24/2014)
I love the design, durability, how easy set-up and assembly was. But ultimately the fact that my baby girl loves it is everything!

I followed instructions on putting it together and it still falls apart. Main thing the handle bars keep falling off while he is riding it. Worst mistake on thinking radio flyer bikes are still good.

Hi Kerri, Thank you for your review. We apologize for the experience you are having with the handlebars. The behavior you have described is not the intended functionality of the trike. When tightened securely, the handlebars will not fall off or shift independently from the front wheel assembly. Please use a socket wrench to tighten the clamp or contact our Customer Service team and we would be happy to assist you with the assembly process. (Posted on 11/6/2014)
Great colors and assembly ease. People say its great.

I don't like the product. It doesn't seems secure for my 1 year old daughter and I wanted a gift for her 1st birthday that she can use already and not waiting when she grows. As I assembled it they refused to accept it back, that I did not know because in toys r us they offered the option to bring it back if we did not like it or we were not satisfied. It was mistake buying it online without trying it. (Posted on 9/29/2014)
I bought the Radio Flyer EZ Fold Stroll 'N Trike for my grandson who is just shy of 1 year old. I put it together taking care to follow all directions including which way the front tire should go.( I read reviews and was aware of clicking noise). I pushed it around inside and outside the house without my grandson in it (no clicking noise). He came for a visit and we were going around a trail no clicks and then there it was, then wasn't. My daughter walking beside us noticed the only time the front tire clicked was when he put his foot on the peddles. When he puts his feet on the foot rest and lets the peddles rotate with the wheel the clicking stops. He is a wheel man and likes the clicking sound so I am thrilled with my purchase. I rated it a 4 because nothing is perfect. (Posted on 6/16/2014)
Easy to assemble and to fold. Fun for my son and durable

My third radio flyer product. I purchased the wagon, scooter and now this. I am satisfied.

I just finished assembling this tricycle for my 21 month old son. My son is asleep so he hasn't ridden it yet, but when I push the trike, the front wheel makes a VERY loud clicking sound as it rotates forward. I thought this trike was supposed to have quiet wheels. It's very cute and my son will love it, but I may have to return it because I can't stand the loud clicking sound as I push. Very sad! :(
P.S. I did make sure to install the front wheel in the right direction according to the paper attached to the wheel and the instruction manual. (Posted on 6/2/2014)
Well known name

Only had the bike a month and the pole broke. My son is too little to ride it himself; he needs to be pushed. Very disappointed. (Posted on 5/9/2014)
I do like this trike very much. It's easy to push around, my 9month old daughter really enjoys this. Assembly was very easy, my husband didn't even need to help me. I did it on my own! Yay me. But on the negative side I'd like to add stuff to it like the bell and seat pad but I can't since this was a gift I didn't have the option to build my own trike. Wish I could purchase add ons (Posted on 5/9/2014)
I got this bike for my 18 months son, and he love it so much we already took his new ride to the park and around block, he can't get enough. The only why I'm not giving a 5 stars it's missing something, I wish had a cup holder or softer back sit. (Posted on 4/25/2014)
I believe this is easy to use and easy to travel with. My daughter loves it when we go on our walks.

We just bought this for our 2 1/2 yr old daughter. Assembly was simple enough even with our daughter climbing all over us with excitement. We've only tested it inside the house and hope to take it with us to the zoo this weekend. One thing I wished this had was a basket to attach to the front so dolly can take a ride as well or even a detachable parent cup holder. Maybe additional accessories to make this the ultimate trike would be nice ;-) (Posted on 3/25/2014)
This trike will last my son for many years to come

This is my first purchase of a Radio Flyer product however I am fairly impressed so far. My daughter really likes this trike so I am hopeful she will like other products as well.

Quality and it will be used for many years

We got this as a gift for my 1 year olds first b day. He loves it but the part that supposed to click and hold the seat up doesn't work. The back rest of the seat is constantly falling back. It also falls when you put the handle into place as well. I'll have to return it! Other than that my son loves to ride in it and gets excited when he sees it! Very disappointed!
